Full policy

Open only what you need.

01AcceptanceThe terms presented at the decision point apply to that service.

Acceptance

These terms apply when you use Wildrose. Public visitors must follow the access, content, and conduct rules. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy policy. Extra terms shown before a Wildrose purchase or specialized service also apply to that purchase or service.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the affected feature.

02AccountsUse one accurate account and protect access to it.

Accounts

You must have the legal capacity and authority needed for what you do on Wildrose. Keep your signup, recovery, profile, and business information accurate. Protect your password and sessions.

Do not share, sell, rent, automate, or transfer an account; impersonate another person; or create another account to evade a restriction. Email verification confirms control of an address, not identity, age, ownership, licensing, or trustworthiness.

03Wildrose’s roleWildrose connects people but does not become a party to their trade.

Wildrose’s role

Unless a page clearly says Wildrose is selling a Wildrose product or service, Wildrose is not the seller, buyer, employer, service provider, carrier, inspector, broker, or payment intermediary. Listings, profiles, messages, verification labels, reputation, and reported outcomes are not guarantees.

Users must inspect what matters, confirm identity and authority, check title or liens where relevant, put important terms in writing, arrange payment directly, and complete required registrations, permits, taxes, transport, or transfers.

04Listings and contentPost only truthful content that you have the right to use.

Listings and content

You keep ownership of your content. You give Wildrose permission to store, resize, display, deliver, secure, moderate, and back it up as needed to provide the feature at the visibility you choose. Using it in advertising outside Wildrose requires separate permission. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to backups, disputes, safety records, and legal duties.

Do not post misleading claims, another person’s private information, exact residential locations, access codes, credentials, or content you do not have the right to use. Navigation images and catalogue suggestions are not evidence about a listing.

05User-to-user tradesThe listing parties make and complete their own agreement.

User-to-user trades

A listing usually invites discussion; it is not automatically a binding offer. Listing parties arrange and pay for marketplace transactions independently. Wildrose does not process, hold, verify, or guarantee buyer-to-seller payment.

Wildrose checkout is only for products and services sold by Wildrose, such as promotions, subscriptions, and upgrades. A reported bought or sold outcome is not payment verification, a receipt, or proof of delivery or title transfer.

06ConductUse the marketplace without harming or pressuring other people.

Conduct

Do not harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, discriminate unlawfully, spam, scrape personal information, distribute malware, manipulate marketplace signals, or pressure someone into an unsafe payment or meeting. The Community & safety policy applies to messages, connections, reports, and blocking.

07Enforcement and reviewWildrose may act when content, conduct, or risk breaks the rules.

Enforcement and review

Wildrose may limit distribution, remove content, pause a promotion, restrict a feature, preserve evidence, suspend a profile, or close an account to enforce these terms, protect people or the service, investigate credible risk, or comply with law.

A report is an allegation, not proof.

08Wildrose property and accessOrdinary marketplace use is allowed; copying or attacking the service is not.

Wildrose property and access

Wildrose owns or licenses its software, brand, catalogue, illustrations, interface, and service content. You may use public pages for ordinary marketplace purposes. You may not copy a substantial part of the service, remove rights notices, impersonate Wildrose, bulk-extract data, bypass access controls, probe private systems, or interfere with operation.

09Service and term changesFeatures can change; material legal changes receive clear notice.

Service and term changes

Wildrose may change, limit, suspend, or end a feature. It does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material term changes receive a new version and effective date and, where appropriate, notice or renewed acceptance.

10Rights, law, and general termsAlberta law applies without removing mandatory rights.

Rights, law, and general terms

These terms are governed by Alberta law and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Alberta courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a mandatory law or tribunal says otherwise. These terms do not waive rights under Alberta consumer-protection law and do not impose mandatory arbitration where the law preserves another remedy.

You remain responsible for your content, conduct, representations, and agreement with another user. Nothing here excludes a duty or liability that law does not allow Wildrose to exclude. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest continue where law permits.
