What Wildrose checkout covers

Wildrose checkout is only for products and services sold by Wildrose, including promotions, subscriptions, and upgrades. Listing parties arrange and pay for marketplace transactions independently. Wildrose does not process, hold, verify, or guarantee buyer-to-seller payment.

A participant-reported bought or sold outcome is not payment verification or a Wildrose receipt.

Price and review

Before purchase, Wildrose shows the product or service, price, currency, mandatory non-government fees, applicable taxes, total, payment terms, refund or cancellation terms, delivery or start timing, and material limits. You can review and correct the order, then accept or decline it. Wildrose does not use drip pricing.

Payment details

Wildrose does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. Additional payment authentication may appear when required by your financial institution.

Confirmation and Alberta cancellation rights

Wildrose provides a retainable confirmation of a completed purchase. Where Alberta’s Internet Sales Contract Regulation applies, the contract copy will be provided within 15 days and will include the required pre-purchase information, your name, and the agreement date.

Alberta law may give a cancellation right if required information, a correction opportunity, or the contract copy was not provided, or if delivery is late. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable right.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility may depend on whether payment settled, a service started, a promotion ran, or a statutory right applies. An approved refund is recorded against the exact purchase. A chargeback or payment dispute does not replace a Wildrose support request and does not remove any right available through law.

Listing promotions

A promotion may apply only to an eligible active listing, place, category, surface, and period. It is labelled “Promoted” and “Paid placement.” Spend does not affect organic rank, reputation, verification, safety review, or enforcement. The checkout states what happens if a listing changes, expires, or is removed.

Receipts and records

Your Wildrose purchase history may show the product, date, status, Canadian-dollar total, refund, reference, and price breakdown. It does not contain payments arranged between listing parties. Commercial, tax, refund, dispute, and accounting records are kept for the period required by law and legitimate business needs.
